Landing Space
Landing is a platform designed for digital collaging. With the help of 140 volunteers called Limelight Ambassadors (LA) the 11-person, female founded team was able to grow the platform. Resulting in having more than 1,2 million users from over 190 countries.
As an LA we we're very close with the community, actively building a strong and inclusive culture. We helped drive the user retention by welcoming new users, making sure to engage with their content and show them different features of the platform. Alongside this we answered their questions and shared new updates of the platform.
Once they launched their app with multiple chatrooms (spaces), I was selected to host some of these spaces. Continuing to engage with the community in unique ways; organizing and leading collaborative projects designed to engage and facilitate connection across a global community.
Not only were we close with all the users, we also helped the team by giving feedback about both the front- and back-end. We came up with several features that were later implied into the platform, making us more aware of the importance of UX and UI.
